“I had an accident with my 2010 Kawasaki Concours 14. Broken headlight and plastics around headlight. Thought the bike wasn't worth repairing but started looking for parts anyway. Used parts and Ebay weren't a lot of help so I started looking for parts here. I contacted them about availability and if the fairing and fender were available in Blue. Justin assured me he could get the painted parts and everything else I needed was available. Parts arrived in a timely manner (except for one small back ordered bracket). Justin kept me up to date on that part and when it would ship. Everything arrived well packaged and undamaged. Now I can get the bike back together before the weather turns. I want to thank Justin for his help and great communication throughout the whole process. I will do business with them again if I need them in the future. If you need parts ask for Justin!”

“Wheeler power sports is top notch service. Tried to ordered parts online, failed to click the correct buttons and received the wrong parts, my fault. Called them directly to get help, Justin was all over it, friendly, efficient and helpful. I explained that due to me error I had been down my wheeler for almost 2 months, precious time in an Alaskan summer. Justin got the part coming and expedited the process. Part arrived far sooner as promised, texted me when it arrived, when it was shipped, and texted me to ensure it arrived as scheduled. Two of those messages on the weekend. As a business owner, thats a rare quality, I would not expect that on the regular, but it does show the heart of the company. 10 stars bros... highly recommend. Brad”

“I was needing parts for my old motorcycle and I didn't know they were a dealer when I ordered. After waiting over a week or so I contacted to see where my parts were. They explained to me Kawasaki's method of parts having to go to the dealer and then to the customer, and being very apologetic, they said they would get it to me as fast as they could. I felt a little sorry for them but understood, unfortunately I still can't ride my bike yet. I did appreciate the update and the kind treatment. I would like to there store if it was closer.”

“I have bought 3 vehicles from them. 1 ATV, 1 scooter, and a UTV. I messed up and bought a UTV 6 inches wider than my trailer. They brought it out to me. A month after that the battery completely died. Keep in mind this is a used UTV. They came out and got the unit to check for power drain and replace the battery. I asked them to change the parking brake for me while they had it. After they picked it up I flew out to the Florida keys. It was only there for a week and they called me saying it was done and only charged me for the parking brake. They dropped the UTV off at my house while I was away and gave the key to my house sitter. It is still running with no issue. I feel like they truly took care of a customer. For that reason, I will only buy my toys from them.”
